• What do I want to become in the new year?
• From all that I’ve learned in the past year, what am I ready to implement?

Setting Soul-Aligned Intentions:

Soul-aligned intentions go beyond surface-level goals. They stem from our values, desires, and spiritual purpose. Rather than asking, “What do I want to achieve?”

Questions to ask yourself:

• Who do I want to become?
• How can I live more in alignment with my truest self?

Creating a Vision for the New Year:

1. Visualize Your Ideal Self:
   Imagine yourself at the end of next year, embodying your best qualities and living authentically.
   
   Picture what a day in your life might look like.
   
   
2. Set Heart-Centered Goals: 
   Set intentions that align with how you want to feel rather than specific outcomes.
   
   For instance, instead of “I want to be successful,” you might choose, “I want to feel fulfilled and purposeful in my work.”
